is this a possible swap. I was reading the rapptor 350 has about 2-3 more hp from the head, carb and exhaust.

yes so just use the raptor pipe and carb(if different) and have the same effect. You could shave the head a bit for more squiiiish that would probably have more affect then changing the head for the same head lol.

That makes sense. I read somewhere that the cam was different. But you never now if they where right

ya maybe if you got spare time and a free head why not try it.if not just get a performance cam.The carb is probably a worthy swap i hate these ones :D

I believe the cam gear is a little offset on the Raptor 350 that's whats different

Heads are the same, cams are slightly different profiles but interchangeable. The cam bearings are the only part numer difference but from what I have seen and experimented with, the bearings are the same. The main noticeable difference is in the rocker arms. The setup the raptor uses is lighter and more efficient then the warrior which will have a more snappy effect on performance. Also the carb is a slight upgrade but honestly if your going through the hassle of swapping carbs you may as well upgrade to a ltz carb, vm, fcr or edle.

You have to use the Warrior cam sprocket, and have to flip it over. I've done the swap once. About, 3+ years ago.
