My wife's case on her 2007 Raptor 350 cracked, lost oil, and killed the motor. To have it rebuilt at the shop with all new parts and all was like $2000. I found a complete 2004 Raptor 350 motor to replace it with that make its a cheaper fix. I know the case is the same and will line up to the motor mounts, but my question and concern is.. will the electrical, carb & intake, exhaust all match up? Has anyone dealt with something like this or switched out a lot of parts from a older raptor to a newer one? The guys at the shop said it should from what they can tell but I wanted to get some more information. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure on the electrical, but everything else is a direct swap. Might have to swap your stator, but I doubt it.

should be direct swap and if not all you need to do is pull the stator cover off your 07 motor and put it on the 04 motor.. its like 9 bolts .... and they get torqued to 7.2 lbs
