5 Years ago I traded my modified Honda civic 94 hatchback for a 2005 raptor 350 Plus $4000. I rode the 350 for about 2 years. Then all my friends kept telling me, dude sell the raptor 350 or give it to your girlfriend. You should buy a YFZ 450 or a Raptor 700 those are a real man's Quad. So I did... I sold the 350 and got an 06 Raptor 700. I owned the big bore 700 for about 4 years, and added some cool parts to it. But after a while I got use to the 700 and it didn't really surprise me as much as it use to. I then had to sell it for family reason's.

This is the weird part of my story... I remember having as much fun on the 350 then I did with the 700. Why is that so ? :atv:

I've had the most fun on I modded Blasters, far from the most power for sure but a blast to ride. Now, I love my 700 but truthfully sometimes the effort you put into trying to not bust your ass on it supersedes the reality of having fun. My 700 is a balls out no ******** bike man but there's always the thought of it getting away from me...

I know how that is ^. Not with the Warrior, but with my truck. I think there comes a point when there is too big, too much power. The thought of a 700 is great and all. But, I can do everything on the Warrior that one could do on a larger sport quad. If anything, I may be able to ride harder because it is not going to get away from me like a 700 would. So I can tack that little bitch out WOT, and ride the piss outta it.

I loved my 366.. I took my warrior places that 2wd quads have never been. I always had a blast riding it.... But it was missing something?
I grew up riding 2 strokes, and when I finally got tired of fixing my 4 stroke, well I knew what to do.
There is only one thing that can give you the exhilaration of a 2 stroke powerband (even on smaller displacement engines), and thats a turbo!

I may have over done it though, cause now I can't take my quad where I used to.. My point being the the smaller quads, with smaller more reasonably powered motors are just more versatile, and funner to ride. :iagree:

Future project, ported 240 blaster motor in a good warrior chassis
I'd like to see a true 350 Yamaha "single" in one. The DT350, and TY350 had the same motor. They made 24hp stock..
But with a better carb, reeds, and pipe they could easily make over 30... The real benefit to a swap like this is the weight saving, and improvement in handling. The negative about it, is the loss of reverse.

A blasty motor in a warrior would be pretty damn cool to though, and really shouldn't be that hard to do?
