Rear brake rotor and head pipe heat shield

I need a rear brake rotor. The one I have is bent, 89 and newer will work. Also a head pipe heat shield.

I don't like pricing other peoples stuff lol. It would be shipped to reading pa 19605. Ones on ebay with the hub are going between 25-40 shipped. Is yours the bare rotor or is it the rotor and hub?
