rear rotor moves up and down not side ti side .... what would cause this.
 
It shouldn't move side to side, that would mean your caliper bearing are going out or its all to loose back there. It's moving up and down because your teeth on either the axle or in the disk hub are getting worn down. Its common to see the disk hub wielded to the axle.
 
thats what i,m thinking. it,s a 97 and i will probaly check the axle teeth first. thanks
