Rear disc / loose axle

My rear disc is loose so i went go tighten the axle nut (has allen head bolt to pinch threads to keep it from backing off) on the other side and the whole threaded part that the nut is on spins. Is this normal? and how would i tighten it?

Ya that's. A lock out nut Nd you have a aftermarket axle probably a durablue there should b a spot in the threds on the left side of the nut to put a wrench to hold the threds and put another wrench on the nut and proceed to tighten the axle

Yep duneracers absolutly correct. Just had to tighten the one on Jar-Jar.

Got tired of calling them by color. Just alot easier having 2 to use the names, that have been given to them. Funny part is Deadlast ended up naming both them.
