Hey guys and gals, I'm new to the forum and have a question. On the rear of my 01 Warrior, there are 2 adjustment screws under the rear end housing. Are these to keep the rear end from swaying side to side? I noticed one of them is dangling, and it feels like the rear end tries to shift side to side when I shift gears or decelerate. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Those are to adjust the chain. It will rock front and back if those adjusters and the two big carrier bolts are loose.

Look around the forum for the chain adjustment procedure.

If you have a side to side issue, then you have axle baring issues. It's most likely just a loose carrier issue.

Side to side movement could be a few different things.

(1) The axle tightening nuts are not tight to spec. (Check Service manual for proper tightening procedure and spec)
(2) Axle bearings are bad
(3) Swing arm bearings are bad

But if your adjusting bolts are not tight you must have them adjusted properly also.
(See service manual for proper procedure and tightening spec.)

Thanks everyone. I was riding it the other day and the rear end had a bad squealing noise, and as soon as that started it started wobbling horribly. Scared me to death on the highway haha But we lifted the back and I shook the axle, it's loose. Next question is, will Blaster rear axle bearings fit the Warrior? I've got a Blaster that's been stripped, thought about trying that. But I found Warrior bearings for like $13, so no big deal either way. Thanks again!

I don't have the owners manual with it :( Is there a thread on here anywhere that I can find the specs to tighten the bolts? They were loose when I got it, so I just put the first one flush, and tightened the 2nd one against it. They still backed off a little though, so I'm sure this is why my bearings are shot now.

Yes if you axle nuts were loose that will destroy your bearings.

Here are the tightening procedures and spec.
Tighten the inside nut to 50 ft lbs against the bearing hub, then hold the inside nut and tighten the outside nut to 140 ft lbs against the inside nut , then hold the outside nut and back the inside nut out against the outside nut 170 ft lbs.

If you need a service manual you can download one for free here:

By the way get the Warrior bearings for $13.00 and forget the Blaster bearings!

your best to just order new bearings and seals for the warrior carrier
the part numbers are different so I would say blaster carrier bearins won't work in the warrior carrier

Buy some Pivotworks bearings or whatever you can afford, Get a m6 grease zerk and tap the carrier so you can grease the bearings from now on. Most guys will remove the seals on the bearing so that the grease can find its way in. By doing this you will prolong the life of your bearings. Most autoparts, Lowes, Walmart sell small zerks. I used synthetic Green Grease on my last 2 axle installs and the stuff is awesome, But if your on a budget walmart grease is fine.
