rear shock adjustments

Finaly got my rear banshee shock.
But need some help about setting it up.
I know that it can be ajusted in 3 maners.
what does these dials do?

Top one Is compression, bottom one is rebound, and then you can adjust preload.

Set your sag with the preload then the stiffness with the compression

I've asked before, and I will ask again. (thread jacking) Does anyone have the knob for the preload on the top left!
