so im in a delemain 2 weeks im venturing out to siver lakewith my warrior, but i need a topend rebuild really bad. im going with a 83.5 or 84mm 10.25:1 copm piston aand a stage 1 hot cam, with the topend gasked kit the total came out tto $319.85 that seems like a good deal to me, but how long will it take to bore my cylinder?

depends on who you get to do the work. could take a few days, could take a few weeks, some places have to farm it out. no offense to you, because i don't know you, but i never understand why people that take something that clearly needs work and risks it by taking it out and riding it more. right now, it needs rebuilt, if you take it out and blow it up, it could need a new sleeve, piston, rings, hone, valves etc.

best bet is to just have it rebuilt and if you don't make it out, you don't make it out.

just my 2 cents

Exactly mine took 2 hours but some take weeks

the last time i rode it was 3 weeks ago and she blew smoke so i just took it around the feild and parked it, i think my main guys son could do it in a few days, i hope lol

You definatly need to talk to some local shops really soon if youd like to get it done that quick. If you can find one thats not overly busy and have the piston in hand they can probably have it done that day. If I had my piston I could have mine honed and ready to go on yesturday when I did the basic bore.

i got the guy close to me and when i get the piston in on monday or tuesday and im going to the guys shop and droping it off also
