S is there any way for me to change my valve springs without a puller anyone nigger rigged a way to do it just wondering? I know a puller would be easier but I'm strapt for cash

I've seen a cut up socket and a c-clamp used... don't know how to do it but I think I saw some pictures online.

There you go, like this except the wood piece was a socket that was slotted I think.

That's how I do it. I even welded the socket to the c clamp. lol

I used a c-clamp and a small u-bolt that i flatten on top.

Bad ass! So is the second socket in that picture used for something as well or just the one welded on the c clamp
