I need to remove the engine block on my '95 warrior so i can fix a broken header stud and a stripped intake bolt (intake boot is cracked all around anyways). I am getting a new intake boot to. i was just wondering how hard it would be to remove it and if you guys have any tips.

take all the front plastic off and clean the motor really good oh and buy a clymers manual or do a search on here for the free manual

Buzzy's pretty much siad it all. Only other thing I can ad is if you have nerfs or the stock shifter remove them. less hassle

is it possible to remove JUST the engine BLOCK? or do I have to remove the entire engine?

You have to remove the entire engine . Not hard 4 bolts I believe they are 14mm--9/16 sockets.

Takes more time to unhook the wiring harness and chain than to pull the motor itself! I have a motor in my entry way floor! Just look for the mounts and rock the motor back and slide it out
