So my DG Baja swingarm skid was trashed pretty bad from the last few rides, all 6 welds were either broken off or cracking, and it was starting to take on a nice curvy shape.

I got my dad to take it along to work at United Defense where they build and repair army tanks. He got one of the fabricators to beef it up a little, which turned out to be straightening it out, welding a 1/4 inch thick piece of aluminum to the bottom in addition to the original plate, then re-welding the bead all the way along both sides of the mounting bracket where dg's crappy welds broke the first time. This thing is bulletproof now, if I mess this it up this time then I know i'm doing somethign terribly wrong.
