Replaced clutch today, question about travel.

Hey guys, as the title says, I replaced my clutch today. It seems to be holding well but the lever is pretty much all the way out before it grabs. What do I need to do or is this common?

sounds like cable adjustment. what clutch did you get

Actually, growing up riding/racing 2 strokes, I love the clutch eng/diseng way out... I normally keep the lever at the all the way out position the point at which it doesn't slip... I only use one finger to clutch, so a 1/4 pull in it's fully disengaged...

It's a driveline clutch that Weston told me about. I think I clocked the lever a lil off when I placed it back on the splines.
