Mogadore, Oh
i know this has been covered before but i have a quick question.
everything is all apart and taken off except for the brake rotor. ive been hammering and hammering and the axle doesnt seem to want to budge. im replacing the bearings early just for that reason. any suggestions?

is the quad proped up where it will not move? if so, just beat the piss out of it with a bfh. thats what my buddy had to do with mine. i held the bike and he swung the hammer. we used a small 2x4 block over the axle ends though so the threads were not messed up.

it'll break loose eventually. i bet we spent 30 mins trying to get mine out. they're *******s for sure. just hope it's easier when i replace mine with a g-force.

i've has one that i actually had to get pressed out.... but try taking it off the quad and put a block of wood on the floor and put the hub on and hit the axle straight up and down off the board a couple times,,,, thats worked for me when doing it in the quad wouldnt

The original one on mine had to be heated with a torch and I had to cut the axle and use a wheel puller on it was pretty bad.

well my dad tried to get it apart and just used a hammer and no wood in between, now he destroyed the nut and threads. probably need a new axle now

Was it stock?
