Hey, i am just wondering that if i take the screw outta the throttle box if itll do anything? Isnt it like a governer?

Out of the thumb throttle housing? That screw is a throttle limiter, but it should have came from the factory all the way out so it's not limiting the throttle. You want to leave it threaded in at least a few mm, without it you'll get water and dirt in the throttle housing, which can accelerate the wear of the bushings and throttle cable.
