Anyone use an answer roost boost? Just wondering what it does and if it is worth the money. I'm looking at roost boost for warrior for $24.95 or roost boost plus for $39.95. But I do not know what they actually do. There is no real description. I assume it is supposed to add power somehow.

it adds boost to your roost haha.. i never heard of them, might be worht a try, but since nobody ever uses them, might be a waste of money..

I remember a Roost Boost box(actually a tube) from the mid 90's. It added onto the CDI, and somehow re-mapped the advance curve.

I know they worked GREAT on the dirtbikes of the era...not sure what, if any, improvement you'd see on a 350. I have not heard of that in at LEAST 10 years.

seen one on ebay for like $15

as far as i know, the only good thing that answer makes is pro tapers

but give it a shot, i have no experience with the roost boost so let us know how is works if u decide to buy it.

no. i've seen them before. like everyone else, i'm not completely sure what it is, but it has something to do with the cdi or coil.

ive seen a boost botte for a banshee. olny thing ive seen that says boost on it

this is definitely an electrical component. It is cheap enough....I think I'll try it and let everyone know. By the way I found it at JLATVproducts.com

[quote author=storydude1 board=quadrelated thread=1138834568 post=1138982395]Back in the day it was like 150 bucks.....

Rofl... and it was probably a few ******* capacitors and a triple 5 IC![/quote Some of the reading I found sas it"Increases the Rev limiter".

Sounds like a Cap, and a few diodes.
