i have a factor effex gripper sear cover and its JUNK got it profesionally put on so it would be tight and the first ride out i wore 2 big holes in it one on each side where i quess my boots rubbed??? not really for sure what happened!!! so i called the company and they told me it was a wear and tear item and there was nothing they could do about it!!!! so what have all of you had luck with? i guess i gotta dish out more cash to get a new one now!!!

happened on mine too. But I wnt out and got some super heavy duity material epoxy and gunded that **** on the spots where it was gettin rubbed away, and it all good now. If I ever were to do it again id gunk those corners up before i finished up the stampleing job.

I just installed a Guts Racing seat cover on my dual sport. It's definitely more well built and durable than the factory fx covers, i've seen them before and they're not made to last. The Guts covers are a bit on the expensive side but you won't find a better seat cover. Mine is the competition model, but even the full gripper cover should be much more durable than the factory fx. Get the competition cover though if you have the money.

They only have the competition cover listed in blue, but give them a call and they can probably get it made in whatever color you want.
