shifter setup?

I have a shifter from a 450. Its about 1.5 - 2 inches longer than stock and it does clear the side of the case, even when it is set up for riding boots.

Also sort of a side note. If you noticed the rag I have under the shifter seal. It bease I have a leak. If the seal removable as is. I don't have to go tearing into the case to get the rod out then remove do I.

You should be able to pull the shifter seal with it in the quad. You'll need like a piston circlip tool.
