a shitty option. it looks ok until something touches the plastic or it bends a little, then it starts cracking and peeling off and looks worse than what you started with. I know this because my cousin's quadracer has been about 10 different colors since he bought it and nothing sticks to the plastic for very long.

The only way it might work is to have them prepped/primed/painted by a body shop, but I don't think even that would work due to the amount of flexxing that the fenders do.

just sand the crap out of it and use real good paint - mix in your clear coat with your paint and then apply an extra layer of clear.
