yo guys i am doing an all black bike frame and fenders, so what should I do wit hyellow shocks? Leave them as is, they look reallly clean, or should I buy shockwears and save from overspray. Mike

i sau leave them and get outerwears until you have enugh money for new shocks or springs...cause when they look good and theyre new youll get more for them to go twards the new shocks

all black looks sweet, but painting them is hard to do, especially with an exposed shock shaft. It's hard to get the entire coil painted evenly, and getting paint on the shaft could cause problems with the seals. I say go with black shock covers.

Well this is for my spare bike, kind of just re doing it a lil bit and making it off road worthy. I think I'll go wit hthe outerwears. Mike

Normal paint might not work so well with the springs flexing, I would find a way to make the other components' colors match them. The shockwears might still show the yellow tint through the fibers.
