So what size hose does everyone run with the clutch cover oil cooler mod? my cooler has 3/8" hose id and the inlet and outlet on the cooler are a hair bigger and the fittings on the cover are only 1/8" so do I get bigger fittings for the cover and can I get bigger with the same threads? and where do I find them?

I just picked up everything to my cooler for $22 I just couldn't pass that up! I'm going to wait and do it when I change the oil and add the steal plate to my clutch while it is all off. Good god I can't wait!

The oil cooler is about the best mod you can do for these bikes. That and a direct shifter.

Both of them I have and am waiting to install! I can't wait... Then its time to get into the motor and get little more pep out of it.

the 3 best things to do for a stock warrior is the oil cooler, yz shifter, and the extra steel plate mod. other things are good too, but those are the best bang for the buck IMO.

ya and those are what im doing first and all at the same time. with an oil change of course! lol
