Russia, Moscow. It was a country-cross race, there were 150 motobikes and only ten atvs

Dam I hope you showered! Looks like a fun race though. What brand of bikes do you see the most of in Russia?

yamaha is absolute leader. I know about 50 yfzs and raptors only 5 hondas and 3 ltr. As for the utility quads yamaha and brp are equal. Now many guys whant to buy ltrs but it`s too hard to get any parts or tuning, with yami it`s much easier

Wow I didn't think there was really an ATV scene in Russia. In Ukraine 90% of people don't even know what an ATV is. Looks like you had fun though.

Mad cow, you are quite right, not many people in Russia know what atv is)) Here we should register atvs like tractor and get a special licence of tractor-driver to ride the quad))) And many think that atvs can be only used to plow and to carry a stack of hay

In the bunch i`m the nearest, and on the 5th photo there are all nine atvs

There were 10 circles and on the 6th one i had some problems with the ignition so i had to leave the race, and only 5 of nine quads have finished.
This race was the third stage of the championship of Russia, now my total position is 13 out of 30 atvs who have attended all the three races

why were you soo mudy before the race started?

Do you race by laps or are your races timed..most of the XC series here in the states are timed. My series does 1.5 hours for quads and 2 hours for bikes

We have timed races 30 min for atvs and an hour for bikes. Althow it`s called country-cross it looks more like mx: the track is rather short and full of corners and jumps, so even 30 min completely exhaust everybody

hmm..the shortest track on our circuit was 5.5 miles and the longest was 11..alot of our track have some motocross or things like creak jumps and other little jumps
