here is an idea for ya'll ...this is what I do in rememberence of the life of a piston when I rebuild

make candles!! excelent conversation pieces among gear heads

Thats awesome haha. I got a piston and rod out of a top alcohol funny car that would be a sweet candle. Its got a 2" hole melted in the top of it!

2 of em are smokers, you can see the deep cutouts in the sides that open up to match the bottom of the sleeve near the transfer ports.

Didn't even look at three rings... 2 are for sure smokers the center looks like it has a oiler ring gland so is probably a thumper short stroke old thumper at that
