If my spark plug is black does that mean its too rich???

it might, or it could be from burning oil. If you do a plug chop and it's black then you're running rich. After you've been riding on a plug you can't tell for sure from the color.

ye aif it is runing to rich 2 turns out from turned in is factory then minir ajustments from there if any
