I don't know what is really wrong here. I have two pictures that I took with my camera(dam the pics are so big) and just on the first two threads theres gasoline and the tip of the plug has carbon over it. May it just be a two rich mixture? I doubt that because its only like 3.5 turns out and I still here it backfire when I release the throttle from high RPMs.

It looks rich, but if it still pops decelerating, you need to get a bigger pilot jet, try a 45. It's probably your needle/main jet that's too rich. Put in a brand new clean spark plug so you can get a better reading, then ride around only between 1/4 and 3/4 throttle for a while, then pull the plug and see what color it is. If it looks ok, put another new plug in, and do a couple full throttle runs and check it again.
