Sprocket hub still stuck!

SO the sprocket hub which is supposed to just slide off once you get the axle nuts off is rusted stuck, so weve tried just hitting it with a sledge hammer, then heating it with acetalyne torch, but its still stuck, (we didnt get it very hot with the torch, because we were runnning out of gas, but we got he tanks refilled last night)
So if you have any help please do

u sure your doing everything right? I have never heard one one being that stuck before.

yep, its just plain out stuck
