sprocket size?

I got some brand new 18 10 9 ambush rear tires for next to nothing. I know these are a little smaller then stock tires so i was wondering what front sprocket size i would have to go to, too have close to stock gearing again? I do mostly trail riding and mods are uni filter, pro circuit pipe, stage one hot cam, jetted, fresh top end with stock compression. Thanks!

I think there is a gearing thread in the tutorial section. 18's are mainly for mx, might not be good for trail, clearance issues.
