not a lot more accereration, but you will be shifting more. I'd stay with the stock gearing setup unless you do mostly slow trail riding. When I run 12/40 with 22" rear tires I find myself shifting a lot more than I really have too. When it's in the gear it will accelerate faster, but with the extra time you spend shifting through more gears you won't be any faster. It's your call, but I never found the lower gearing to help at all except for towing heavier loads, like broken suzukis.

OK im getting new chain and sprockets and I want to put on 12/41 wont that give a lot more acceleration?!?!

You can expect to go about 7-8 MPH slower on the top end but be quicker...

*Your Front sprockets make a 4-5 MPH dif. per tooth (gained or lost depending on the below).
*Your rear Sprockets make a 2-3 MPH dif. per tooth (gained or lost depending on the below).

Down in the front = more torque less top end
Down in the back = less torque more top end
Up in the front = less torque more top end
Up in the rear = more torque and less top end

Knowing that you have limited resources when it comes to getting atv parts, I think it would be easier for you to find a smaller front sprocket and stay with the stock 40 rear sprocket. I know for sure that you can use the stock length chain on a smaller front sprocket, you will probably need to take a link out of the chain eventually once the chain stretches out.
