starter clutch

Will a bad starter clutch make any noise while the motor is running.My motor is making some weird noises. It rally dont sound constant enough to be a rod or anything..

could be starter clutch, timing chain could be stretched and slapping the guide, give a vid so we can hear your issue man.

Well went ahead and tore it all apart. Rod bearing is toast. Good thing I have 2 spare motors. LOL
