Starter Plunger (Choke) ??

On the attached link to a drawing it is saying I need 3 “O” rings (Item # 34) on the end of the choke (Starter plunger).
Is that correct?

And what will happen if I do not have 3 on mine?

The full rebuild kit I ordered only came with 1 o-ring for the choke plunger, and that's all that was on it when I pulled it apart. When I looked up your 93 on bike bandit it only showed 1 o-ring as well

Great and it was on "O" ring correct?
They call it a seal and I wonder why they have a quanity of 3 listed,

Not sure why they have 3 listed and I could be wrong but like I said the parts fiche on bike bandit shows only 1 and the carb off my 01 has only 1. And yea its an o-ring type seal
