starts then stalls out

ok guys im stumped!!!!! I have a 2000 warrior the head is off a 88 warrior. I sent the head out to be rebuilt had it ported, stage 1 cam, new rockers and valves, and springs. also have a new stator and CDI box on and a new spark plug. put the quad back together today and started it. it ran for about 5 mins then went to go out side and ride it then it starts to act like its out of gas....... I can see the gas in the line so I know its not out of gas so I thought the carb was bad so I put a different carb on and still the same thing!!!! idk what else to do

Take out your fuel petcock and clean it.

im getting plenty of gas thro the petcock

Test your stator/ coils.
