What is the setup on the bottom of the steering stem? When I took apart the steering stem the idiot that had it before me had taken the collar that holds the bearing out and didnt put it back in. It was just the bearing sitting in there with seal holding it in. Then all that was on the bottom was a washer big enough to keep the stem from coming up. I finally got a new bearing and collar in now Im wondering if this big washer is part of the stock setup?
