Not at all bolt at bottom and 2 bolts on top. and disconnect tie rods and handlebars and pull it up through
 
Just remember not to beat on the end of the tierod.. If you mess the threads up on it, you'll never get it back together. Just a heads up if you didn't already know that?

Screw the nut on half way, then you can give it a couple cracks with a hammer to break the seat.
 
Take a ball peen and whack the hole the tie rod shafts goes through. Do that several times and the shock will pop the tie rod right out. I never use pickle forks unless it's an area that you simply cannot get to with a hammer.
