hey sorry about all the threads just trying to get this last quad running. i have it running and driving now its an 88 warrior the carbs been rebuilt twice by 2 sepperate people. neither of them are meachnics but both have done a bunch of quad carbs. i drive the quad and now after ive played with the throttle i have alot more response from it but its still lagging a decent amount. i turned the pilot 1 and 1/4 turns like the book said.

You got the throttle cable tight? When do you "lose power" like when your really ripping on it accelerating?

well i dont really loose power it just comes in randomly and sometimes takes awhile and yea throttle cable is tight. i need to try getting it up to top speed before i adjusted the throttle my top speed was like high 3rd gear speed...

Does it "pop" at all when you let off to shift? What mods do you have? And what jetting

take the plastic cover off the side of the carb (w/6 screws) the accel pump is the rod coming up from the carb blow ... just see if it move
