Just got my warrior running and it smokes til it warms up but thats valve seals i know, but after i cut the motor off it smokes out of tailpipe some. Anybody know?

Most likely oil in the packing due to oil blow by.

I dunno mine does it on warm up. I did valve seals and it has a wiseco piston.

Well then for your case the motor wasn't don't right then it probably needs valves lapped cause there not seating and valve guides. Valve seals usually just don't fix the problem.

There are 0-rings that go around that valve guides that could go bad, and potentially cause valve seal like smoking.

If it's not smoking the entire time it is running, I wouldn't worry too much. Although, the exhaust COULD get hot enough to ignite...

Valves were lapped. But that has nothing to do with oil at all. Burns a little oil when stone cold but it's been in the negatives here lately. Has plenty of compression so I don't know why you suggest their not seating.
For your question now no. I wouldn't worry about it smoking on warm up. Not that big of about deal. If it constantly smokes when riding then I'd worry about it. I think the valve stems themselves wear and the stem seal doesn't seal right. I didn't mic mine but my old ones were rock hard.

Wow that has nothing to do with burning oil go back to school bud! It all if not done right causes everything to wear way faster which cause all kinds of problems including oil blow by! So don't give answers you know nothing about its obvious. Also if you have a problem with your **** post it in your own thread and don't hijack another members!

Dude you have issues. I can't beleive your a mod. Wow. I don't have an issue. Wasn't asking for help. Specially from you. You should go back to school. I work on cars everyday bud and have more certifications than you can think of. For you to jump to a conclusion of blow by shows how little you know.

Lmao no it shows you do a cob job and to do a rebuild right not just a few things. That's why my quad has tons of motor mods and I don't seem to have a problem. As far as your certificates you can wipe your ass with them don't mean ya know ****! So this is done!
