just like the title says, the swinger bolt and the inner bearing spacer has fused/ rusted together!
anyone got any ideas? before i get out the air hammer and the blue wrench!!!! ;D

im assuming you have tryed beating on it, thats about the only thing i can think of other than what you may have to resort to.

this is just some .02 advice if you want to take it. a lot know i have gotten my warrior from my older brother. well what he did years ago (1997) when he had the swing arm off to replace the bearings is drill and tapped and put a greese zerk fitting in the middle of the swing arm where the bolt goes through. this helps to keep water out and so everything doesnt "fuse" together. i have before pushed water out with greese if it had been a long time since i have greesed it. i had taken the swing arm off once (not to replace the bearings, but was stripping the quad down) and the bolt came right out with my fingers after i took the weight of the quad off of it. just something that might help keep things from gettting so rusted up and stuck in there.

thats the ****** up part, there is a grease zerk! and that thing is full of grease, the bolt will spin, but no lateral movement at all. and i have had this thing off 3 times last race season. i'm perplexed on this one,

Does sound like the bolt is rusted to the sleeve might want to put a few holes in the sleeve also. I would get out the air hammer and just get a new bolt if you ruin it.

well i just blew my uterus out! i just heated and beated the ******* snot of it, for last 2 hours, and NOTHING! i'll will give it another shot tommorow. but it think its time to get the sawall out! and spend the $100 dollars for all the new pieces. bolt ,sleeve, bearings, etc......... and i will be redesigning the bolt and inner sleeve!!!!

Grow some muscles, their is nothing a BFH has not been able to solve for me.

i had to cut mine off and then beat it out of the swingarm once out of the quad
