suzuki problem #2

ok, about a month ago, we were jetting my quad, seeing as the previous owner sold it saying it had one, and it ended up not having one, and it ran rich, so after many jets,still ran rich, so we put it back to stock configuration. still runs lean, so yeah me and my dad were pissed, but oh well, just fix it, so we ordered a new carb, well that just came in, and its still running lean!!!!
so we narrowed it down to a bad cdi box or ignition coil.....

2nd problem in 4 months.

its not suzukis problem, my dads been a mechanic for over 15 years so im pretty sure he knows what hes doing
i say suzuki problem #2 becuase its the second problem i've had with my z.
cdi box came in today and its still not working, we orderd a new coil thing lol to see if that does the trick, if not then im stripping the whole thing down and getting dirty.

haha great next time im on a track i gotta look for a mad man tryin to run me down... haha... klutch buster good luck bro... im gonna try to do some research on it but if your positive you used all the jets then the prob can be somewhere else... you check your vavle clearance? cam chain tension... sure hope your not outta timing...

we checked everything man, took the carbout atleast 40 times, carb cleaned everything, used one of those aircompressors to blow into anywhere possible, nothings clogged,
only performance mods it has is the full system tri oval yoshi, and k&n filter.

oh yeah, right now i have the carb ompletely back to stock, when we tried to put in the dyno jets, this happened ???

have you guys messed with your pilot jet , needle or your air/fuel mixture screw???????? or are you just playing around with your main jets??

unless the previous owner did, i didnt touch the thing, after me put a jet kit in my friends z, me and my dad decided to check mines if it really did have one, which it didnt, so we bought one and this happened.
its one of those anonomys..............(however you spell it lol)
