swingarm grrrrr!

if there is a little play in the swing arm does it mean it is shot...?

it will move from side to side but only to the left, and when you lift it there is a point between when the shok is fully depressed and the tires still havent come off of the ground, do i need to replace the bearings on it when i teardown for the winter?.....we have an extra with evrything in it should i just swap them or should i buy new ones and play it safe?

is it reallllly dangerous to ride it when we first notice it?

the secound i relized my swing arm was loose i took it off and there was not a needle barring left in the damn thing..
