how do i bypass the key switch and possibly the handle bar kill im eliminating possibilitys of my quad not getting anypower

Did you replace the fuse. Are you hearing any kind of clicking noise when you turn the key on. Is the battery completely dead. Just some things to check for. Even if the killswitch was messed up its still should get power to the lights....etc

it has no power wat so ever and i replaced the whole fuse system with a blade type as death suggested and my batterey might be dead but even with a charger or jumper on it it still does nothin and its like this with 2 diff battereys so idk im thinking key switch is fryed not allowing any power

sounds like the keyswitch could be the problem. I'm not sure how to bypass it, but you could test the switch with an ohmmeter.

check the wireharness out for cuts and other stuff. plus when you changed thefuse system did u hook up the fuse up to the silionde check the wires out to see if they are burnt out.

bump anyone know how to bypass the key switch

Pull the wiring diagram, I think you should take it to a shop now; id highly doubt it’s the key switch though. My next guess is the starter relay since ALL power must go through it first. Did you get that voltage tester?

yah i got the voltage thing but it broke after i tested the batterey and would the starter relay mess with the lights not going on?

Pull back the rubber grommets on the starter relay. Get a screwdriver and touch the + & - together on the starter relay, watch the sparks fly and she should start.

The relay he's talking about is the one you hear click when you turn the key on. Since it supplies power to everything, the lights won't work if it's faulty.

The + terminal cable goes directly into it off the battery... As flyin said above if you touch the two leads with conductive material you will bypass this relay. Or you can just measure before and after with a voltage tester.

k well im gonna do it tomm i just bought a new batterey ,talk about a pain in the ass lol i had to fill it and got burnt and wat not and have to charge it over night on trickle butt tomm im gonna put in the new battery and get the beast going cuz my friend just bought a yellow warrior too so i got a riding buddy now ill get some vids soon hopefully
