yeah,i know.but i didnt ant to get it wet.............again and then it gets all moldy and dont give me the long ass lecture about why i should wear one,i have heard it before so save your self the time

Okay, we will save the lecture for your eulogy.

When you get them wet, the liners come out.

I wash mine once a week. Unsnap the cheek pads first on both sides, slide them off of the chin strap. Then the whole pad will slip out, it has a little plastic lip on it that tucks in between the styrofoam shell and the plastic shell. Wash her up good, let her dry and put it back together, good as new!!
