The best shifter mod yet!!!!

Ok before you say anything. I was 2 hours from home and 10 mins into riding when the joint on the shifter just broke off. Just from shifting.
I thought it was a funny fix. I rode 5 more hours like that.
Kind of like an automatic Warrior.
Hehehe

I had to use a pair of channel locks before! Luckily you had vice grips!

I wasn't giving up a day of riding for something like this.
I did get used to second gear being the gear of choice.
Over all it was a great day of riding, these trails were tough and not taken care of.
Made for a rough day no shifter or electric start. I can't wait till my parts get in.

Ya know... They do make long handle shifters for the older semi-auto utes. Could get one of those and put that lighted skull on it. lol
