OK so ive decided to do a complete tear down and rebuild of my warrior and heres the goals of this project

1 redo valve seals to eliminate the smoking issue
2 paint and hydro dip the frame white carbon fiber
3 powder coat a arms and swinger metallic blue to match my stem
4 re gusset the frame and rebuild rear sub frame to be removable and taller
5 relocate the upper shock tower to except 16"raptor 700 shocks
6 clean up and polish and paint some parts
7 change all shocks over to front 700r shocks and a 01 rappy rear
8 and i may change the carrier over to a honda style but unsure yet maybe stretch it still undecided may do some more motor work too

Im gonna do a rebuild too. Im gonna do the honda carrier, pc black frame, swinger, hubs and lower arms and i think in gonna try chrome pc on the uppers. Im gonna get the 446 goin too and id like to do an adjustable subframe to make it a bit taller

Got a few questions for yall do yall know the wheel base of a yfz450? And for the people with 660 rear shock how long is it from eye to eye when it is fully extended?

Sounds really cool I have no idea for anything else though ;)

Beast what you mean? Imma change all the shock mount s so it sets at normal ride height Imma Reese the sub frame because I'm6 2 and it sets to short for me

Well wall e is stripped to the bone frame weight is 46.0lbs and this is going to take awhile to complete pics to come along with more info

OK so as previously stated im going to re engineer the front shock mounts to except 16"raptor shocks and i did some measurements and with the shock being 16.125 long and 4.625" of travel and a length of 11.500 when at the bottom of its stroke that (with the optimum shock mount location) gives it a total of 13.125" of travel!! but there's a catch the tie rod ends only allow for 13,5 of travel so its a really really close fit no room for error but this is gonna be sick!! heres some pics
