i found one dude that did manage to burn up a couple e3 plugs but them things had been hot enough to tun the white part on the outside of the plug all the way around the plug brown and black so i imagine engine temps had a issue on that one.

i personally run them on my machines when they need new plugs and it typicality has more pep and runs on the lean side so i imagine these plugs burn a bit better. just thought yall might find this stuff interesting.

is it the E3.36?

On their comparison chart there is no direct replacement for the NGKD8EA??

Its the e3.36, its a little hotter burning plug, thats why its not a direct cross match, but thats the plug that works perfect.

Just from the car world, I stay far far far away from E3 plugs.

Do you have past experience? If there's positive testing on it ill try it, but going off some knuckle head (not talking about you) on you tube who has no idea what causes plug failure, is like asking to be proved wrong.

I have only had one e3 fail and it quit because I bent both valves and they put a waylay on the plug, ive ran the same e3 right at 3 years and have yet to have a plug caused issue.

I just work at a automotive garage and we have numerous people come in after changing plugs with those with miss fire problems. Seems like most get super fouled out within matter of 100 miles. I'll snap a picture of some of the ones we have laying around.

Please do! Im interested what one of the fouled auto plugs looks like.

i'd stay with ngk plugs. If you are running a higher compression piston and other mods, i definetly would't run a plug thats hotter than the D8ea.

Why is that? You can turn more fuel to a hotter plug. I run one in my 11:1 no problems as far the plug goes.
