24 ft/lb for all of them. Don't you have a shop manual yet? All the torques are in it, as well as almost everything else you need to know about assebling and disassembling the warrior.

does it matter on how tight they are?? when i put on my nerf bars i just tighten the *******s down

whts is he gonna do ban me? I am just an impotent belligerent self indulged wussy-lala’ cock smuggler anyway... :-*

It don't matter on nerfs or anything that doesn't have moving parts as long as there are no seals or gaskets involved. Such as nerfs. I don't know about specifics on a Warrior/Rappy, but the type of machines I work with have parts that must be torqued or they will not work properly or they will wear out prematurely.

I would recommend taking the bolts that come with nerf bars to the hardware store and getting the same size of bolt except get case hardened ones. I am going to do that to the bolts on my grab bar as well. The stock ones broke when I flipped my quad saturday. Case hardened bolts cost a little more but they are worth it in the long run to me. It don't matter how good something is made if it is installed with low grade fasteners.

I'd put the cheapest bolts I can in the grab bar, I'd rather have to put another bolt in than replace the grab bar, or deal with a bent subframe

My quad didn't come crashing down on me when I flipped until the bolts broke. I'd rather them hold...lol I don't want ANY 'break-away'parts on mine...lol
