timing chain ???

How would I know if the timing chain is stretched to the point of having to replace? Tensioner all the way extended?

yeah, tensioner is extended all the way out or even if its most of the way out (past half) id replace it. It takes a while for them to stretch but most warrior are a "while" old

Just remember to take the 12mm plug and spring out before you remove the tensioner to get a proper reading of the rod length.
