Tips and tricks?

Getting ready to replace my valve seals any tips and tricks from you guys to use while I'm in there anything I should clean up or redo?? I plan on grinding down the bead at the front of my header pipe will I need to rejet if I do this???

Lots of grease on the stems and guides. You shouldn't need to rejet after grinding the weld.
