I am in need of new fronts. I am running 22x12x9 Realtors in the rear and I love them. They are a little big but get absolutely awesome traction ( I do alot of pretty muddy trail riding) !!! Anyway, my fronts are original (1987) and are pretty beat. Any suggestions on brand/size/model for the front. I have a pretty hard time steering as the just kind of slide along. They are 21x7x10, should I go 22 all around?

The front holeshot XCRs are awesome!

I've had good luck with Razr fronts, I'm running a 22" rear and 23" front combo, seems to work well, dosn't affect handling in a negative way.

I went tire shopping today with a guy I work with. I went with him to get a good deal he knows the owner of the motorcycle/atv shop and I was going to get the ITP Holeshot HDs from him but he told me about these tires

Copy and paste the above link

He said that the majority of his customers that have HDs and try these tires out never go back to ITP. I haven't decided if I am going to try them out or not, but they were alot cheaper and pretty much the same damn tire as the HD. He said that these BKT tires contain natural rubber and the HDs do not.

The corners of the BKTs just don't look as sharp as the HDs do. And they don't have the step knob on the edges.

Yeah the HDs are 76 on rockymountain. Which doesn't include shipping or mounting for either site. I don't know what I am going to get yet, this guy can get both and is going to give me a decent deal on either with the tires mounted.

I havent ever heard of that company and figured I would say something about them.

I've looked into those tires as well. I've heard good things but then again you hear good things about just about any aftermarket tire. I thought they looked a bit more like razr 2's. The Wing's look great, like sport mudders.

Yeah I am not sure what I am going to get yet. I may just stick with my guns and go for the HDs since that is what I wanted to begin with. But who knows I may show up to order them one day and change my mind.

The HDs have much more of a side bite pattern. He is just trying to sell you something; apparently all the pro Racers have stuck with ITP... The guy sounds like he is just trying to make a sale on some over stock.

Nope bro he doesn't stock hardly anything he orders it all. The HDs aren't much more expensive, I just wanted to get some input about these tires and it looks like I got enough to make my decision.

just go with the hds man. you will not regret it one bit. an itp is an itp bro. bottom line is that deaths right- if they werent as good as they are then why are they the top choice of pro racers?

Hey theres a guy on EBAY selling HD's for 73 bucks a piece out of Ohio, im getting a set off him when spring rolls around and i finally roll the old warrior out of the shed, his name on there is hidyhondapowersports, his shipping is good too if you don't live in canada

do they even make hd's for the fronts?

my suggestion for your type of riding would be pure sport bandits, the rears are **** but the fronts are awesome, everything but nail proof...
