Umm, I'm assuming your speaking of rim size, and that's not that easy to tell from that pic. And on top of that I don't even know if they make a 9.5 or an 11'' rims. I know they have 9, 10, and 12's. But the 12's tend to be heavier, and they are tougher on your body since the sidewall is smaller you get a rougher ride, and probably a few more flats due to the lesser side wall area to take some of the bumps.
If your speaking width of the tires, I still don't think they make a 9.5 in most types of tire. Even that is hard to tell from the pic because there isn't much to compare it to. Sorry bud, if you were able to give us a little more info as to what your looking for, what kind of quad, and what kind of riding, then maybe we could help you out a little more. Sorry for being so vague, but I personally can't tell that much from this pic alone.

No its the tire width I'm wondering about. Going with Turf Tamers 18/?/8. Going on a Warrior setup for MX, whats a good lite weight rim to?

They don't have 10 or 12 inch, only 9.5 or 11 inch widths.
