If i get holeshot H-D's 20x11-9 do u guys think that a 14 tooth sprocket will take away too much bottom end?? im gonna go with a 14 tooth sprocket but i wasnt sure if i went with heavier tire like the h-d if it would kill my bottom end ??

I think you should go to 13 with your mods.
