i dont know if i am imaging things or what but my dad and friend both hear it but its been a while since its ran so i dont know. When it is ideling it has a ping or knock or something its hard to explain but i dont know what it is and im going rideing this weekend and raceing the next so im worried about it

ok well i started thinking about it today and i remebered that i dont have a real gasket between the jug and the case do you think this may cause a noise i.e the piston hiting the head im tearing it down right now to put a new gasket on it but i hav plans to ride and im die to so any info is welcomed

What ya mean you dont have a real gasket? like yo umade on or something !! and I would guess its just something to do with the head rocker arms valves etc: are you sure your valves are adjusted rite on?

i was using a high temp gasket sealer im pretty sure its the valves but i dont know why cuz the specs are intake .06-.07 and the exhaust is .16-.17mm and i have it at intake is tight 7 loose 6 and exhaust is a lose .17 and tight .1 is this way off or right idk im not real sure about the valves
